Customer Service Specialist

Cashcloud is looking for a new motivated team member with advanced knowledge as a Customer Service Specialist. If additionally you have the abilities and skills below, we will be happy to welcome you in our office in Sibiu, Romania.
Your profile:
- advanced experience in providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of English and any of the languages: French, Spanish and German
- self-motivated, organized and ability to work on several working streams at the same time
- detail oriented and focused on processes
- high level troubleshooting capability
- excellent communication skills, team spirit, fast learning
- an extra plus: experience in payment methods and banking tools
Your responsibilities:
- providing excellent first level support for our customer
- dealing with them in order to satisfy their requests – queries, reported issues, feedback and follow up
- investigate customer issues within the mobile Wallet setup with both internal and external departments and solve those issues
- translations, upon request
- reporting
- social media activities: check the Facebook page, manage customers' comments and answer when necessary
