RESPONSABILITATI

As a Customer Claims Engineer for the Research & Development Center your responsibilities will be to:

Analyze the rejected parts and prepare an analysis report with the steps of investigation and results.
Keep the customer deadlines
Issue an 8D report, for collecting the team, for moderating the teamwork and for document the problem solving process in the defined form
Prepare customer claims statistics


CERINTE

University degree in Electromecanics, Applied Electronics, Computers or relevant
Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 specific requirements and Automotive Quality standards is required
Experience in quality engineering in electronics production or other relevant fields is a plus
Proactive and adaptable to an multinational environment
