Classify the codes assigned according to UNSPSC
Entering new and maintaining existing common codes in SAP Global Product Description System.
Providing technical drawings for purchasing purposes.
Updating/optimizing historical data references from SAP.
Understanding the function of parts and finding substitutes.
University degree in engineering.
Solid engineering background and like engineering.
Fluent in German.
English knowledge.
Comfortable working with confidential information.
Experience in a business environment.
Organized, methodical, able to prioritize.
Excellent communication skills.
Very good Ms. Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).
