RESPONSABILITATI

* Responsible for Managing supplier 8D reports;
* Develop supplier 8D evaluation criteria, guideline and 8D evaluation training material;
* Drive supplier 8D report quality improvement in corporate with local SQM and category SQM;
* Preparation and performing management meeting with suppliers for 8D improvement;
* Regular report supplier's 8D performance to management;
* Work in international and multidisciplinary teams including e.g. BU, local SQM , customer quality, category SQM for supplier 8D quality;
* Perform supplier visit for the 8D actions verification;
* Support on escalation topics depending on demand, e.g. Red Alerts, Early Warning, Q-RAM.


CERINTE

* Technical university degree in mechanical /electromechanical engineering or similar;
* Fluency in English - speaking and writing;
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Knowledge of various quality tools Control Plan, PPAP, APQP. FMEA, SPC, MSA, R&R;
* Ability to communicate with people at various levels;
* Ability to understand, discuss and align technical requirements with internal departments and suppliers;
* Analytic approach, ability to convince others, decision making ability, willingness to take responsibility, team spirit, negotiation skills.
