Responsibility to drive supplier improvement programs (casting suppliers)
* Performing VDA 6.3 audits to release technologies at supplier locations
* Maintaining/following up/developing selected suppliers in Europe
* Escalation level for respective Categories within the SQM M organisation.
* Component Introduction for the Category Casting
* Responsible for Maturity Evaluation, Supplier Component Review, Sourcing.
Technical university degree in mechanical /electromechanical engineering or similar
* Fluency in English - speaking and writing
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel in the country and abroad up to 30% from working time
* Knowledge of various quality tools (8D, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP. FMEA, SPC, MSA, R&R)
* Ability to communicate with people at various levels Ability to work effectively in a team, share knowledge and best practices with others and promote overall skill development of the group Organized with demonstrated ability to complete tasks within specified time lines Strong attention to detail and decision making ability Professional approach to job responsibilities and working with others Structured & organized Ability to work in a matrix organization
