RESPONSABILITATI

* Responsibility to drive supplier improvement programs (casting suppliers)
* Performing VDA 6.3 audits to release technologies at supplier locations
* Maintaining/following up/developing selected suppliers in Europe
* Escalation level for respective Categories within the SQM M organisation.
* Component Introduction for the Category Casting
* Responsible for Maturity Evaluation, Supplier Component Review, Sourcing.


CERINTE

* Technical university degree in mechanical /electromechanical engineering or similar
* Fluency in English – speaking and writing
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel in the country and abroad up to 30% from working time
* Knowledge of various quality tools (8D, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP. FMEA, SPC, MSA, R&R)
* Ability to communicate with people at various levels
* Ability to work effectively in a team, share knowledge and best practices with others and promote overall skill development of the group
* Organized with demonstrated ability to complete tasks within specified time lines
* Strong attention to detail and decision making ability
* Professional approach to job responsibilities and working with others
