- Searching for new suppliers and validate their performance as well as establish and maintain a good suppliers relationship;
- Analyze data and prepare request for quotations;
- Analyze the offers and issue the comparison sheet;
- Create orders and establish contracts;
- Actively participate in/leading negotiations with suppliers and establish and maintain supply/frame contracts;
- Follow and respond to changing market price trends and availability of materials and services;
- You monitor supplier performance and advise management of concerns;
- You manage and execute supplier issues and maintain contracts;
- Actively work with our international clients to reduce their cost and meet budget targets.
- A degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering with an economic focus or a degree in Economics with a tehnical focus;
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills in English and German/French;
- Good knowledge in applying common software applications, such as MS-Excel, PowerPoint,Word, etc;
- Proven work experience in an international environment is
required;
- You are highly energetic and assertive person, looking for challenges as well as career opportunities;
- You are self-motivated, able to work in team environment and capable of taking on operational responsibility quiqly;
- Flexibility,initiative and the ability to work under pressure are essential;
- Ability to work in an international environment;
- Willingness to travel international.
