Our main service concern recruitment projects for top and middle management positions and as well for specialist positions. We also provide training services and HR consultancy services.
Eurotriade Romania is based in Sibiu. We built our reputation as experts in automotive field and we are well recognized in international industrial field in general. We are working at national level, but our main focus is on the most developed areas in industrial field: West part (Timisoara, Arad), center part (Sibiu, Brasov, Mures) and the south part (Arges, Prahova and Dolj)

Job description
We are looking to have a new colleague in order to increase our sales and or presence on the market.
You should perform in the following areas:
- Market research – identify potential clients and document their status;
- Set up meetings and discussion in order to present our company and to learn about our potential clients;
- Manage our portfolio of current accounts;
- Identify the specific needs of clients and propose adapted solutions, through our services;
- Prepare offers and negotiate contracts, according to the company’s commercial policy;
- Follow – up on long term your prospects and assure our presence in their potential partner’s panel;
- Identify and propose new services and sales strategies based on the market observations.
Your profile
- You have a clear understanding of a sales process and you would preferably work in service area;
- You are attracted by HR services and you understand recruitment and training concepts;
- You are able to have contacts with high level decision makers. Our main contacts are HR Managers and General Managers;
- You speak fluently English and preferable German or French;
- You have a driving license and you are mobile across the country;
- You are an honest person interested to offer genuine support to others;
- You are perseverant, you like to learn and you are aiming to develop your career.
