RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take
messages;
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access
to specific individuals
- Managing the post, both digital and normal
- Supporting the company’s teams when needed
- Making/Updating the inventory periodically
- Keeping several registers or records (mainly in digital format)
- Overseeing the supplies necessities and organizing their orders
- Organizing the protocol
- Handling different jobs outside the company


CERINTE

Requirements :
- Very organized person with attention to details
- Very good German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Understand tasks and establish priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Word and Excel minimum knowledge
- Organize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously
- Confidence, proactivity, drive and enthusiasm
- Driving licence cat. B
