Our client is Henkel, an international business group acting as the world’s number 1 in the field of adhesives, surface technology and oleo-chemicals.
To support the fast business growth, we are looking, on behalf of our client, for an excellent candidate for sealants, adhesives division (main brands: CERESIT, THOMSIT, MOMENT) in the position of AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SIBIU
Purpose: Coordinate and develop sales in Sibiu region in order to achieve sales volumes and coverage targets.
Responsibilities:
·Establish and maintain excellent relations with customers in the assigned territory
·Ensure implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory
·Coordinate distributors and their sales teams in order to achieve sales / coverage targets
·Offer consultancy and technical support to assigned distributors
·Execute promotional activities in the territory
·Gather and report information about market and competition
·Ensure maximum visibility of key brands
·University degree
·Experience (minim 2 years) in sales via distributors in FMCG / construction materials
·Ability to work with minimum supervision
·Client and objective oriented
·Negotiation skills
·Good command of English
