Role Purpose:
•To contact and acquire large volumes of customers in order to expand the sales activities with the Mid Size Business Segment.
•Work will be desk based with limited face-to-face contact with customers
Key Accountabilities:
•Sells standard COLT products through to a portfolio of acquisition customers by conducting cold calling activities
•Builds, develops and maintains relationships with customers, providing customer support where required for defined customers
•Acquisition (new customers) and Retention of Customers (contract renewal, up-selling, cross-selling)
•Improvement of the Customer Satisfaction via Sales with high level quality
•Support all cross / up selling activities and campaigns
•Win back activities: new contracts with “old” customers
•Projects a positive image of COLT to all customers
Role Requirements:
Experience:
•Entry level position, requires limited sales/marketing expertise or experience but some administrative/technical experience
•Experience of working in a telcoms / IT Market (not essential)
•Good telephone manner and customer service experience
•Experience of managing multiple customers across Europe (not essential)
•Has a good knowledge and understanding of COLT’s existing products and services. (not critical)
•Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Previous experience of being measured against a monthly / quarterly target (not essential)
Qualifications:
Language
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Additional language required (French or German or Spanish or Dutch or Italian or Portuguese)
