The nominees are expected to bring her/ his effective contribution to organizing, managing and coordinating the branch’s entire activity, promote Alpha Bank’s image, products and services locally, lead and motivate a team of professionals and identify opportunities for business development; she/ he will offer tailor-made financing solutions to the clients, establish highly professional long-term relationships with them and make regular reports for management.
- University degree in Economics (postgraduate studies in finance, BA or risk management would be considered assets);
- At least 5 years experience in banking environment out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of banking legislation and NBRs’ regulations;
- Extensive credit, risk and financial knowledge;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills are requested as well as a customer care and target orientation attitude;
- Strategic thinking and a general professional approach are needed qualities;
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person, able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever necessary, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
