RESPONSABILITATI

As a Security and Governance IT Specialist you will have the responsibility to develop, document and maintain IT security processes and IT organizational processes. You will effectively work in collaboration with IT Information Officer, IT Application Manager and all Business partners to ensure implementation of IT strategy and to ensure the budget effectiveness and to provide the IT services according with organization policies.
In this position you will collaborate with all Business Departments in our company but also with different departments and specialists in the company following different standards and specific processes.

Accountabilities:

- Information Security Officer Deputy - Support and consult Information Security Officer concerning Information Security processes, methods and checks, document status of security audits and assessments, plan and carry out security audits, management of communication in terms of protection of Security Information.
- IT Process Manager – Administrate IT Processes documentation, maintain connection with company processes environment and inform IT staff.
- Contract Manager – Organize Contract environment for IT contracts in order to assure a clear status and easy contract control. Know the rules and regulations for contract management and inform and provide support for contracts IT owners.
- Performance Manager – Maintains and develop an environment for cost controlling for IT budget and invest. Create concept for performance management, prepare Cost Control planning and forecasts and create reports for budget responsible.
- License Manager - Know the rules and regulations for license management and inform and provide support for application IT responsible. Create the license management concept.
Quality project implementation - Support local project and processes to assure quality of implementation, communicate news and changes to the target group, monitor from the quality perspective the evolution of local Projects.
- IT Process Manger – Organize and maintain the environment for IT Processes, communicate news and changes to the target group, keep documentation updated and manage processes changes
- Project Management Framework - Create and maintain environment for Project Management (templates, documentation), maintain the information and provide local support for Project Managers


CERINTE

Desired Skills and Experience:

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT projects focused on IT Application or IT System implementation
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT service delivery
- Minimum 2 years of experience for managing IT security information

Additional Qualifications:

- Proficiency with MS Office applications is required
- Experience with Microsoft Project represents an advantage
- English language is mandatory
- Good communications skills
- Good presentation skills
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification represent an advantage
