- Follow, control and take over the civil works for the construction of a treatment plant
- Manage and control the work of sub-contractors specialized in civil engineering
- Manage the relations with sub-contractors and suppliers while ensuring contractual agreements are respected
- Ensure the respect and the application of the Quality/Safety/Environmental Plans for the project they are involved in
- Ensure that the planning for the construction phases and completion planning for treatment plant are in place, updated and effective
- Financial overview of project in terms of preparation of cost to complete forecasts with P.M.
- Develop, monitor and implement the execution of civil engineering construction and financial activities through management of on-site team
- Manage site work and logistics efficiently, looking for ways to improve
- Work according to standard instruction and established procedures
- Preparation of reports on the progress of works, or other report necessary from the contract point of view
- Participation in the preparation of the project risk analysis
- Monitor onsite project evolution thru systematically photographing the works
- Organize civil works commissioning activities
- Proactive approach to the environment and customer care of all the stakeholders involved in a project – promotion of positive image of the company
Degree in Civil Engineering required
5 – 7 years experience in a related position required
A strong desire for continuous professional development and improvement
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Highly motivated and growth-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to be a strong team player
Computer skills
Valid driver's license required
