Monitoring Officer -Satu Mare

RESPONSABILITATI

- Daily, monthly, periodically monitoring activities, according to the Credit Monitoring Procedure under the coordination of Head Office Monitoring (covenants fulfillment, overdue follow up, collateral review follow up, loans review follow up, watch list follow up, investment stages follow up, external database registration follow up - CRB, Ministry of Finance, etc.);
- Daily activities related to loan documentation for legal entities (credit contracts writing, booking card for collaterals writing, check list writing, Draw Down form writing, Collateral registrations to Electronic Archive, documentation for periodical limit setup etc.);
- Daily activities related to loan administration for private loan clients (APT data verification for booking);
- Complete the credit contracts and the related guarantees contracts;
- Checks the documentation for the disbursements and initiate the disbursement tickets (booking cards);
- Responsible for managing and administration of the payment notes and invoices for the approved discounting applications (or the A/R in other cases);
- Responsible for monitoring the covenants & conditions precedents established through the application and for periodical informing of the Corporate Relationship Manager and Corporate Branch Manager in this respect;
- Monitors the collateral / reporting on the collateral for the corporate borrowers, including the related required documentation (insurance policies, evaluating reports, etc.).
