1. To define and manage projects related to the industrial activity with respect to optimized budget, timing and quality which are developed on the Romanian industrial platform.
2. Making technical projects for plant development (new equipments, new buildings, growth of production capacity, new technologies...).
3. Interface with R&D for the industrialization of new products/components.
4. He doesn't have any subordinates, but he makes his own projects multitasking teams; He is in charge with the budget, timing and quality.
5. Defining the best strategy in order to reach the projects targets/specifications.
6. Defining and coordinating the work of the people/departments involved in projects.
7. To budget of the projects.
8. Planning of the projects.
9. Quality of the projects.
10. To manage changes during the project.
11. To prepare, follow and sign contracts.
12. Represent the company in the relation with external companies involved in projects.
13. Choosing equipment suppliers and organize biddings in this matter.
14. Analyzing materials and logistics flux (making the lay out for the new industrial space) when production growth is needed.
15. Technical and economical analysis.
16. Supervising technical specifications for equipment or services.
1. Technical background (university level).
2. +5 years experience in industrial activity, equipment, engineering, production, material flow.
3. Understanding for enameling, painting, printing.
4. Finance and accounting basic knowledge.
5. MSOffice advanced user.
6. MS Project.
7. Advanced English.
8. Leadership skills.
9. Very good communication skills.
