Responsabilies:
• Plan and implementation of purchasing activities according to intern policies;
• Realization of inquiries, bid evaluation;
• Negotiating terms of contracts with suppliers: prices and conditions;
• Monitoring lead time and performance of suppliers;
• Forecast levels of demand for products;
• Keep a constant check on stock levels;
• Check and release invoices;
• Being proactive and resolve problems caused by suppliers, for example delivery , delay of equipment;
• Update supplier information list and data administration of new and current suppliers into ERP system.
• University Degree;
• Background experience in acquisition;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with cost awareness.
