For our Satu Mare branch, we are recruiting highly professionals in human resources consultancy/business to business sales to join our team.
The RESPONSABILITIES include but are not limited to:
-Develop the clients portfolio for the following services: Personnel Leasing, Payroll, Personnel Recruitment and Selection, Training;
-Establish and develop long term partnerships with the clients;
-Coordinate and motivate the local team;
-Provide consultancy to the clients in human resources management.
-Proven experience in business to business sales, preferably in selling consulting services in human resources;
-University degree;
-Good command of English;
-Performance and client oriented.
