On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing IT solution company with HQ in Silicon Valley we are looking for VP of Engineering for the development office in Bucharest.
You will:
lead entire operations for Romanian branch;
build and maintain relationships with the company's clients;
review and validate product development plan and monitor development process;
define and improve SLA's;
create and sustain a working environment that drives improvement and development;
manage budgets and resources in the organization;
create and nourish an effective communication on all levels.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering;
at least 5 years of experience in managing technology functions;
hands on experience in delivering COMPLEX WEB BASED SOLUTIONS;
strategic thinker;
strong motivator/team builder;
customer oriented;
committed to organizational development.
