On behalf of our client, a multinational company based in Slatina, we are recruiting a Utility Manager.
Responsibilites:
Management of the equipment (electric energy, steam, Nitrogen, water, compressed air, Vacuum, heating ventilation, conditioning,drains, sewages)in terms of:
-emergency maintenance (24h,365d)
-planned maintenance (organization and execution of periodical maintenance)
-Improvements/ modifications
-Installation of new equipment
-Official checks and periodic controls required by the authorities
-Ensure the continuity of supply in the amount and quality required by the production program
-Managing a team of 12 employees
-Ensure compliance with the budget allocated costs;
-Reporting to the maintenance manager.
-Technical degree (Installation, Industrial Chemistry, TCM);
-ISCIR authorisation, is an advantage;
-Relevant experience in industrial environment;
-Know the safety rules for each type of energy and equipment;
-Must be a person who has been successfull in saving consumption (water, heat, steam, compressed air etc.);
-Scientific/logical approach,
-Problem solving and fast learning capacity;
-People management skills;
-Availability for extra work;
-Availability for training/missions abroad;
-English language is compulsory;
-MS Office;
-SAP, is an advantage.
