TINICHIGIUL CAROSIER efectueaza lucrari in atelierul de Tinichigerie , pentru a acoperi nevoile clientilor si pentru a maximiza productivitatea si gradul de utilizare a atelierului.
Principalele responsabilitati
Efectueaza lucrari de reparatii asupra vehiculelor programate in atelier, in conformitate cu standardele tehnice.
Examineaza vehiculele si depisteaza defectiuni care tin de respectarea standardelor de mediu si de siguranta
Efectueaza fiecare lucrare in intervalul de timp specificat, pentru a mentine productivitatea muncii
Respecta regulile de sanatate si securitate ale atelierului si ale companiei
Mentine standardele de ordine si curatenie ale atelierului
Raspunde personal de intretinerea zilnica a echipamentului atelierului si raporteaza defectiunile echipamentelor sau probleme de rezolvat
Respecta procesele principale, pentru a atinge obiectivele stabilite de calitate si eficienta
Colaboreaza cu restul colegilor pentru a dezvolta procese imbunatatite si mai eficiente
Participa la cursuri de specialitate, pentru a-si actualiza cunostintele tehnice, daca este cazul
Colaboreaza cu ceilalti angajati ai atelierului pentru a asigura clientilor servicii ireprosabile
Raporteaza problemele tehnice folosind procedurile corespunzatoare
Cerinte
Absolvent studii de specialitate este un plus (certificat de calificare in meseria de tinichigiu carosier auto)
Experienta lucru in domeniu (minim 1 an si jumatate)
Disciplinat si cu abilitati de organizare
Orientat spre calitate si spre satisfactia clientului
The Mizzi family has been involved with the automotive business since the 1920’s, when they first started their relationship with Fiat and commenced importing vehicles produced by Morris Motors Limited – UK.
The Mizzi organisation then set up their automotive division knows as Car Assembly Ltd, in the 1960’s located in Marsa. The first car to be assembled in the new plant was the Triumph Herald and soon a variety of different models were being assembled e.g. Hillman Hunter/Minx (arrows range), Alfa Romeo, Alfasud, MINI & Morris Marina. As well as these mainstays, the Car assembly also played host to the production of a local version of the Commer Van, Rover P6 2000 and Austin-Morris 1100/1300.
Car Assembly Ltd, remained operational until 1981, during this time they also exported models to other countries such as Tunisia, Jamaica, Israel & Greece. At the time the Car Assembly Ltd, was a great success, with 55% of the local market share.

All the Car companies have subsequently been certified with ISO 2001:2008 which compliments Manufacturers own Quality standards, namely BER, Retail and/or Wholesale specific standards.
