Responsibility for setting-up and maintaining relations between Infineon Romania and Infineon Romania Departments on one side and Universities in Romania on the other side.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Status of relevant Romanian Universities (Changes, News, Overview on relevant Universities, Faculties, Institutes, Professors, ..)
2. Infineon Labs at Universities (set-up, keep up and running, license negotiations)
3. Content and Schedule of Activities in Infineon Labs (organize, promote, ..) and utilization of Labs (participation of students, ..)
4. Definition of Curriculae of Master Programs
5. Coordination of Master Programs, Lectures and Seminars
6. Scholarship and Internship Students (Identification, coordinate selection process, interface to/for HR)
7. Content and maintenance of University-Relations Webpages (IFX-Intranet/IFRO, IFX-Internet/IFRO, University-Internet pages).
8. Identify and Initiate Research Projects (incl. funding)
9. Conference Papers (initiate, collect and submit)
10. University events (Open Day for Students, IFX-day at Universities, ..)
Education:
- Graduation in electronics, computer science or comparable
Experience:
- Assistant or Assistant Professor experience within a Romanian University
Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Project management
- Presentation techniques
