This is a part time job that you will do from home. You DON'T have to sell anything, but instead, you will provide phone&internet support for SDL Trados Suite to our growing team of translators, as well as other callers (they will call you).
The work schedule is from 17.00-23.00
This is mostly a job for translators who worked with Trados already in their proffesional life and would like a secondary income.
- very good English
- good or expert knowledge of SDL Trados Suite
- good Word and Excel knowledge
- good internet connection (you will need to be connected to our internal IP telephony system)
The persons we will hire for this job must be able to find solutions to any problems that show while translating any type of document (doc, XML, HTML, InDesign, FrameMaker) using Trados and TagEditor
Also, he/she must be able to convert files to/from Word and to fix layout problems.
