This position requires a highly focused individual to perform specialised Testing procedures during software development using both Automated and Non-Automated tools and formal procedures.
Participates in elaboration of the Test Plan and Acceptance Test Plan
Perform Testing activities on the implemented functionality to ensure it meets the client’s requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor of Computer Science, very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Client-server environment programming
2+ years of programming experience in Perl, Python, Java, C#, C++, Tcl/Tk
2+ years experience of Testing practices applied in real projects
Basic knowledge of Use Case/UML
Ability to analyse problems and focus on details; keep abreast of trends in application design and system technology; able to travel aboard for an extensive period
Additional Desirable Skills:
Test Director, WinRunner, LoadRunner, WebLoad, NUnit, OpenSTA, Testing on Mainframe systems & Client/Server (Unix/Java)
Knowledge of Transactional processing
Knowledge of banking system
Good interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
