- Management of Servers environments ( Windows 2003 Server - Active Directory) in order to maximize systems security, availability and reliability.
- Providing 2th Support services in accordance with defined Service Levels and targets
- Management of incoming incidents to ensure that they are assigned and processed in accordance with company standards
- Back-up / Restore activity
- Adoption of company technical best practice standards and documented procedures within daily support duties
- Provide specialist advice and consultancy relating to Server Operations services to key stakeholders (customers, CIO office, Sales Support teams etc.)
- 2+years experience in an IT support position
- Good knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server (Active Directory)
- Bachelors Degree in a technical study
- Good English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills, communicative, well organized and systematic, team player
- Experience on Data Storage System, Exchange Server, Terminal Server, VMW
- Back-up and recovery technologies
- Able to offer Customer satisfaction survey results
- Able to work a flexible timetable
-Ability to understand and apply ITIL Service Delivery and Support disciplines and methodologies
