RESPONSABILITATI

- Monitor of various Derby applications (Arbor, Clarify, Vitria)
- 2nd level support in incident resolution, implement request of services of all applications (Prod. & non Prod.)
- Monitor IPC (ticket system) queue and being able to work independently on incidents
- Liaison with developers, engineers and the business in order to identify operational issues in new releases.
- Definition and generation of SLA reports for the technical team in support of the environments


CERINTE

- A minimum of 18 months of Unix including shell scripting (Perl or C) programming and system administration work.
- A minimum of 18 months of Oracle (8i or higher) including SQL and PL/SQL expertise and some DBA knowledge
- One year experience of one or more of the following: Clarify, Arbor, Tuxedo, ASAP, Vitria,or Cronacle
- Understanding and able to work with monitoring tools like Cronacle,Foglight, Sitescope.
- Flexibility to include the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willing to work at night, weekends and off hours as required for projects and support issues.
