- represents the company during programs review meetings with customers
- operational supervision of engineering teams and contract employees.
- at least 3 years engineering experience in aerospace systems
- experience in managing development programs in the aerospace industry including specification review, resource allocation, scheduling and risk management
- capable of directly managing teams of engineering personnel
- native level ability in English in speacking and writing
- 4 years engineering degree from accredited college or university
- must be able to travel to the US at least quarterly for one to two weeks at a time
