For one of our clients, a multinational company activating in automotive industry: fine mechanics, producing pump and injectors, we are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer based in Iasi.
Responsibilities:
Delivering a flawless launch at a product level for all new pump applications.
Support pump manufacturing and production at a product engineering level to achieve all project quality and volume targets.
Facilitate and evaluate the regular production backup testing.
Contribute to the problem solving methodology (run by quality team).
Lead the Root Cause Analysis activity of pump.
Lead Product improvement for the reduction of the internal first time quality (FTQ) failure rate.
Follow up on a daily basis the failure rate of the functional test and leak test.
Lead the improvement of end of line test (EOLT) and leak test focused on the reduction of false rejections as well as the improvement of the cycle time.
Provide product engineering expertise in a professional manner during customer visits and audits.
Coach and train the Iasi team by disseminating product and engineering knowledge.
Engineering degree, or equivalent, in mechanical engineering, aeronautics or physics.
Demonstrable leadership and analytical skills.
Candidates should have thorough experience within a product engineering area of an automotive component industry.
English language.
Maturity, bridging with other teams in different cultures.
