Project Title: \"Review of Information Systems in the Revenue, Treasury, Budget and Accounting Areas\"
Main objective: the improvement of the information systems for public finance (review tax, customs, treasury, debt management and liquidity, budget and accounting business models and information systems and to provide recommendations for improvement, in particular with regards to linkages and integration).
The expert shall have at least 15 years relevant experience and international references with business processes and information system technology in at least two of the four areas mentioned above.
Requested Services:
1. review current state of the business model applied, focusing on business process
2. draft recommendations on which of these processes should be adjusted and improved
3. review current state of the supporting IT systems in place or in the process of implementation
4. IT systems review - the interconnections of the information systems with those of other public institutions (social insurance companies and health insurance companies)
