JOB PROFILE:
¿ Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
¿ Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German/French speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
¿ Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
¿ Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or adequate practical background;
• 1 to 2 years of confirmed experience as a Generalist Support Engineer;
• MCSE + Security + Messaging preferred; MCSD, MCDBA also an advantage;
• Deep knowledge of product(s) / technologies being supported;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (5.5/2000/2003/2007) Administration;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2000/2003) Administration (basic knowledge);
• Understanding of Messaging system topology/configurations;
• Basic Understanding of Virus Removal, Anti Virus Technologies and Security Practices;
• Ability to take leadership in one specific product feature;
• Communication skills in international environment;
• Problem Solving oriented ;
• Fluency in English and German or French is a must;

Would be a plus:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint 2003 Server Administration;
• Knowledge of Microsoft LCS 2003/2005 Server (IM);
