RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure the preparation, production and presentation of all food items are to the highest standard and in-keeping with food trends, costs, product availability
- Ensure all legal responsibilities within the kitchen department are especially with reference to
Food hygiene, food sampling, temperature logs, final cooking temperatures

Health & safety
Fire precautions
Security and safety
- Paying attention to and dealing effectively with Stock levels – these must be maintained to an agreed standard to provide seamless service to our guests
- Report to the executive chef on a daily basis


CERINTE

1. Experience in the european cuisine- 3-4 years in the luxury hotels area (5* hotel);
2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in german language; romanian and english language is a plus;
3. IT skills and have knowledge of a hotel booking system;
4. Willing to relocate- 2 years minimum.
