We are looking for an experienced professional to work as a Service Engineer for TRUMPF in Italy, Greater Milano Area.
- Installation and start up of TRUMPF machines at customer premises, client training regarding TRUMPF machines after installation and labour protection training
- Repair of TRUMPF machines – break down service at customer premises (break-down analysis, ordering spare parts, carrying out repairs: electronic, CNC, laser technology)
- Maintenance of TRUMPF machines at customer premises
- Solving application problems (updating of software)
- Solving tooling problems (Punch and bending machines).
- Training new colleagues and collaborators
- Describing and reporting problems which have not been solved on site to headquarters
- Electrical engineer (Graduate of Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automatisation)
- Knowledge in technology and machine function: Mechanical, Electrical, Laser, PLC and/or CNC control
- Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic technologies
- Service experience on CNC machine tools: Installation and Start Up, Maintenance, Repair service, Customer Training
- IT-knowledge (PC, MS Office Packet, Network)
- English (and/or German/Italian) – ability to read, write and speak fluently
- Italian registered contract
- salary at Italian market level
- 35 days holiday per year
- relocation will be facilitated by TRUMPF
- facilitation of procedures for Italian citizenship, in case employee decides to apply for it
- extensive and intensive training, organised by TRUMPF in Ditzingen, Germany (accommodation paid by TRUMPF during training period of approx. 6-8 months)
