Your primary responsibility as Senior Associate Technology is to provide technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the architecture of innovative IT-solutions. Overseeing the development and implementation tasks of IT solutions, you work with your multi-disciplinary, international team and facilitate workshops and client meetings.
You use your deep technology skills as well as your project management expertise, drive mid-level planning and estimation exercises, anticipate issues and risks and translate client business requirements into system designs. At all times you actively manage scope and drive quality assurance during design and realization of leading-edge technology solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the design and implementation of IT-solutions in the area of system integration, customization, package implementation, and/or interactive design. Work experience in a consultancy or related client-facing environment
- Experience in multi-threading, concurrency, serialization, messaging and performance tuning of applications, with specific expertise with Core Java or C# Winforms, EJB, RMI, SWING, SPRING
- Extensive knowledge in object-oriented software development such as Java and/or C/C++ and relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL Server and/or IBM DB2)
- Advanced knowledge of at least one of the common Middleware Platforms J2EE or .NET and any of the current Enterprise Solution Packages such as EAI, CMS and/or portals
- Experiences with software development processes and methodologies such as RUP, XP, UML
- Strong personality who enjoys confident interaction with the client
- Very good communication skills as well as excellent verbal and written language skills
- Open to frequent overnight travel
