Regional Manager / Office Manager
We are looking for highly driven individuals in the local market. We have the experience and look for people to work all across the country who want to make literally many thousands per month. Part time efforts for full time income for business people with real entrepreneurial attitude.
This is a hands on position and responsibilities include: Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Motivating, Ordering, Inventory, Profit / Loss.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Leading a sales team to meet and/or exceeding personal and competitive sales goals
- Effectively communicate all matters related to products, services and company policy
- Perform active greeting technique and sales process to sell solutions to your customers
- Maintain and build relationships to create a positive customer rapport
- Manage the daily operations, including communicating policy and procedure, managing inventory
- Manage the daily office issues.
Ideal candidate must be a Highly Energetic Individual, passionate, follow directions, have strong leadership and sales skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, coachable, good communication skills, able to work under pressure and very well with other leaders and willing to build a large organization
