On behalf of our client, a multinational company based in Slatina, we are recruiting a Quality Process Engineer.
Role: Assurance of Outgoing Product Quality (visual and Tyre Uniformity)
Responsibilities
-Assuring the compliance of the implemented Quality System (100% control);
-Assuring of following all implemented standards regarding quality and customer specific requirements;
-Follow up of NC-management and root cause-analysis;
-Re-Training of operators regarding appearing topics/problems;
-Member of improvement projects;
-Definition and implementation of corrective actions;
-Problem analysis and solving;
-Inputs of potential for improvement (process, product, machinery, flows, etc) and implementation;
-Documentation of test and results;
-Quality Documentation (e.g. SAP, Multiman)
-Assuring outgoing product quality (visual and TU);
-Production checks of products;
-Claim-Analysis and corrective actions;
-Machine calibrations and R&R Acceptance Tests;
-Improvement Analysis for TU during whole production process.
-Technical degree;
-Relevant experience in industrial environment in Quality System Structure. Product and Process (three years);
-Permanent development oriented and continuous improvement;
-Attention to details;
-Scientific/logical approach and analytical skills;
-Problem solving and fast learning capacity;
-Basic statistics knowledge;
-Tyre defect classication;
-Flexibility.
