Our client: Our client, one of the leading international construction groups, with worldwide diversified activities, offers a full range of services in engineering and construction projects. The firm's evolution over a 50-year span is reflected in its continuing record of achievements performing major civil, industrial and electromechanical projects worldwide. On behalf of the client, we are looking for Railway Construction Professionals .

Location: Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Project Manager
The Projects Control Manager is responsible for:
- Follow up, implement the established and documented project control processes.
- Supervise and monitor the Project’s Control Team.
- Coordinate on a daily basis with the Regional Project Controls Manager, Project and Construction Managers.
- Prepare progress reports for the project as required or any other project reports, which will be requested.
- Maintain data information to ensure project target dates are met.
- Coordinate and cooperate with Finance and Procurement Departments.
- Responsible for working with the provisions and guidelines of the Quality, Environmental, and OHSAS procedures.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of working experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 4 years in Railroad infrastructure.
- Very good knowledge of planning process
- Good knowledge of Primavera (P3 or P6) and generally of planning processes.
- Adequate experience with contract documents and specifications.
- Excellent leadership skill, as the successful candidate has to lead a team.
- Able to meet deadlines, which are related to the Project requirements.
- Demonstrate human relations and effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
- Master’s Degree is desirable.
- Good command of English language
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
- Able to work under pressure
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills
- Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action

Normal Construction Hours: 10 hrs a day, 6 days a week (possible 2 shifts work)
