1.PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To support Project Manager in all professional and technical matters associated with the
provision of delivery of customers projects.
2.FUNCTIONS
Provide professional and technical guidance to managers.
Arrange and / or monitor progress of new works, modifications and renewals schemes to completion within appropriate timescales and to cost.
Assist with preparation of contract documentation and quotations for both internal and external customers.
Attend progress / planning meetings with customers as required.
isit customers to promote and offer GTRM services with a view to obtain future works.
3.EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Apprentice trained in M&E Installation / Maintenance
M & E Installation / Maintenance Experience
Wide general railway experience
Good communication / motivation skills
Knowledge of computer systems.
Previous technical / project management skills
4.STAFF
Sub Contract staff as necessary
5.SPECIFIC SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide Method Statements and Risk Assessment for all activities, and
carry out checks and inspections to ensure conformance.
To ensure safe systems of work are in place at all times, monitoring site
activities in line with site surveillance regimes set in place by the company.
General responsibilities of all staff as laid out in Company Policy Manual.
