A growing technology company in the United States is looking for individuals that will work on a software development team in Romania.
Job Description:
The company is looking for a person with strong programming skills developing web applications using Microsoft .Net technology. The position will require the ability to take written specifications and develop programs in Visual Studio written in VB.Net and using ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Javascript, and SQL Server. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft .Net Framework is essential.
Job Location:
Bucharest, Romania
Duties:
? Develop systems according to written specifications using Visual Studio
? Program in VB.Net
? Must be able to write code and design algorithms to solve complex business problems
? Work on multiple development projects simultaneously
? Must be able to collaborate and work with a team of developers on projects
? Accurately estimate time to complete programming tasks
? Effectively communicate with Project Manager, with periodic detailed status reports
? Create technical documentation of programs and systems
Requirements:
? Minimum five years programming experience
? Minimum two years experience programming with VB.Net
? Experience using Visual Studio 2003
? Experience with ASP.Net and Javascript
? Experience with ADO.Net and SQL Server, including creating Queries, Stored Procedures, and Views
? Knowledge of the .Net Framework
? Strong problem solving skills
? Fluency in English, with good oral and written communications skills
? Bachelor´s degree in Computer Sciences or related technical discipline desired
? Must provide multiple references
? Samples of work must be provided
? Written examination may be required
? Experience with Search technologies a plus
