Global Director opportunity has arisen in one of the world’s leading Clinical Research Organisations that provides a full range of services to major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally. The company currently employs in excess of 3,700 clinical professionals worldwide and has conducted clinical trials or provided regulatory services in over 80 countries.

You will be responsible for providing customer-focused leadership in managing mega trials and will be accountable for the successful completion of all assigned projects and for proposal development and bid defence.
Regular duties will include acting as the primary client contact at the project operational level, directing the preparation and maintenance of the project plan, assessing resource needs, directing proposal preparation, managing project budget, reporting study progress and participation in business development activities.
In addition to being qualified by education and experience as described above, the Program Director will have an unblemished track record in a similar position, proven ability to direct, lead, negotiate and act as a liaison between multi-disciplinary departments, flair for decision making and problem solving and an ability to successfully transfer these skills to a fast pace, challenging and ever-changing CRO environment.
Skills & Attributes
To qualify, it is likely you will be educated to advanced degree level (or equivalent) and will have a successful track record in managing and conducting multi national and local clinical trials in either a hospital, pharmaceutical company or CRO setting.
