Ensure the adequacy between the process (tools, equipments, adjustments) and the control plan.
Improve the controlling of the process to reduce the DPMU* and raw material consumption.
Participate to the development and the launch of new products, new equipments or new raw materials.
Be the specialist for Polyurethane Injection process and assembly process.
Follow-up the PU mold Activity (Maintenance, change-over).
Very Good knowledge in PU injection process and paint process.
Knowledge in line design.
Comfortable for using Word, Excel and Power Point
Knowledge in SPC and 6 sigma (Preferred).
Mechanical knowledge.
Good leadership.
Well organized and rigorous.
Well-communicative and opened-mind.
Romanian, English : Fluent.
French : Appreciate.
Available to travel in foreign countries.
