Job Description:
The company has both Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centre all being programmed using Edge cam and producing aerospace parts that range from very simple to very complex.
Day-to-day job responsibilities will include reviewing setup sheets, blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings, manuals and/or design specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances, sequences of operations and machine set-up requirements. The qualified candidate will have the ability to manipulate machine controls and enter commands to index cutting tool to specified point and to start the machine. You will be responsible to read cut lists and use information to call up appropriate programs. Also be responsible for observing and listening to machine operation to detect potential malfunctions. Routine machine maintenance as well as maintaining a clean, safe and orderly workplace is also required responsibilities of this candidate.

Job Position: CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter/Operators
Skills & Experience:
You will be an experienced CNC Miller or Turner ideally having gained your experience within a busy sub-contract environment with a broad range of skills. You should have experience of using Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens control systems.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma/ GED
* 3 years CNC
* Good hand-eye coordination
* Ability to use dial indicators and micrometers to check parts.
* Able to program CNC controllers
* Familiar with CNC Mills, Grinders, Sharpening equip., micrometers and tool setup
* Safety glasses
* Self-motivation
