As Software Development Team Leader you will be required to manage project teams and act as a technical lead from the business requirement stage through to the development and implementation stages. This will include meeting with external customers to discuss software requirements, software development, unit testing, software design, provide technical expertise, making estimates and planning.
You will be self-motivated, flexible and willing to undertake a broad range of activities, and contribute to positive morale. Furthermore, you will have the ability to mentor a team of assigned staff to provide affective analysis, design, programming and testing skills in the production of software systems.
General qualifications:
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 1+ year of team lead experience
- B.Sc. Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Good organizational and communication skills in English (no need to apply with medium or lower English skills)
- Ability to work in an international team with international customers
- Open-minded
Software development qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of C# and .NET framework (2.0+)
- Knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of MS-SQL and T-SQL
- Excellent knowledge OOP concepts and design patterns
- Knowledge of another .Net language is favorable
- Certifications such as MCAD, MCSD, MCTS and MCPD are very favorable
