We are looking for .Net developers at medium (2-3 years) or senior (over 3 years) level, that would like to make a career at an international company. The projects that you will be working on are various and range from mobile entertainment application to web applications for various customers in various industries.


CERINTE

- Knowledge of the .Net framework (2.0 and 3.0)
- Knowledge of the Compact framework is favorable
- Knowledge of C#
- Knowledge of another .Net language is favorable
- Familiarity with OOP,
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Certifications such as MCAD, MCSD, MCTS and MCPD are very favorable
- Good communication skills, ability to work in an international team

Personal Development Plan

A personal development plan is created together with every employee. About Levi9

The founders of Levi9 –Bernhard van Oranje, Menno de Jong and Paul Mol- used to have another company called Clockwork, a service provider of interactive digital media. Clockwork internally made use of a software development lab in Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro. When Bernhard, Menno and Paul sold Clockwork to Ordina, the development lab was not sold along, but got rebranded into Levi and was the first development center of our company.

Where the near shore software development resources in Serbia were part of the Clockwork offering, nowadays Levi9 Global Sourcing offers near shore software development services from different development centers throughout Eastern-Europe.

Levi9’s headquarters is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Sales branches are located in Germany and the UK.

There are two types of clients that Levi9 is servicing:
- Technology vendors, and
- Corporate clients

For the technology vendors we manage and operate knowledge centers / centers of excellence, dedicated to the skill sets they need. Examples of these knowledge centers are the knowledge centers of Compuware (http://www.compuware.com) in Novi Sad and the knowledge center of Progress Software (http://www.progress.com) in Bucharest.

For the Levi9’s corporate clients we build tailor made software. Next to the technologies provided by the above mentioned technology partners we use Java and .Net for building our solutions.

The organization of a development center (DC)

A country can contain different development centers. The size of a center can vary between 35 and 100 people. In the Iasi office the main activities executed will be .Net development and Progress development. Levi9 has organized itself in a matrix organization, thus trying to avoid hierarchy as much as possible and empowering people with knowledge that make a difference.

Levi9 is an international organization. All our development centers are located in Eastern Europe while the customer base and colleagues in the delivery departments are based in Western Europe. Given this spread all project teams consist of people working from different countries. And although we try to voice- and video conference as much as possible, it is still necessary to travel to other colleagues and customers every once in a while.
