Taking care on whole mechanical package, mechanical, steel structures, pipes, valves and electric parts.
To supervise the mechanical site works.
To check all mechanical drawings and technical data sheets of the equipment.
To check the status of the installation and the interphases.
Check specifications of all parts of the packages.
The Engineer is accountable for the development and execution of the pre-sanction mechanical equipment engineering scope using appropriate resources.
The Engineer will support the project Engineering Manager in assuring that the development meets PMS (Project Management System) and TAS (Technical Assurance System) compliance specifically including the Project's adopted Mechanical Engineering Standards.
If necessary deviation requests to relevant standards shall be managed.
Participate in safety activities.
Work with design Engineers to ensure that interfaces are well controlled.
Actively engage in the Project Risk Management process to identify and manage risks; take ownership of, and close-out assigned risks.
Ensure that project lessons learned are effectively documented and disseminated for future projects.
Responsible for adhering to technical and safety procedures, recognized standards and industry practices, and Company policies
Supervises the installation of new Plant and arranges for its commissioning.
Provides information during the commissioning, preparation of planned maintenance programs and ensures proper implementation of relevant parts for the Section.
Mechanical Engineer
Possess skill in project execution processes associated with large oil and gas developments.
Work collaboratively with the other development team members, and consultatively with relevant functional members of the team.
Collaborative working with certifying and verification bodies.
Knowledge of breadth and depth of mechanical engineering needed to manage the quality control of contractor technical work; ensuring appropriate techniques and standards are adopted.
Ability to find and communicate to the PM, in a proactive way, solutions that meet project requirements.
Commenting on documents and drawings in a constructive manner that identifies non compliances and errors.
Good understanding of interfacing disciplines.
Very good organisation and communication skills.
English skills MANDATORY.
At least 10 years’ experience for similar works.

Salary: For the advertised position in a collective agreement base salary of 2000,- Euro gross per month. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experiences.
