MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support the design manufacturing and installation team regarding all topics of material.
? Analyze the circuit wiring diagrams and create orders & reorders of electrical material required for installation at site.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ensure that delivery of order is as per the delivery date.
? Ensure that stock of material is according to time schedule and organize the order from suppliers and re-order from the warehouse.
? Manage the network plan of the electrical engineering team.
? Create purchase requests, part numbers and material submissions
? Create material submittals, part numbers, purchase requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum of 5 years work experience in project work with atleast 2 years in material management. Knowledge Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
