Job responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and maintains credit risk management systems, processes and procedures for all business units;
- Develops risks policies and prepares risks profiles;
- Plays a proactive roll in training credit staff regarding risk analysis.
Job requirements:
- University degree, preferably Economics;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in banking field (in risk management);
- Ability to process, analyze and interpret statistical information;
- Good knowledge of lending products and lending market;
- Good command of English language;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
