RESPONSABILITATI

• Define and follow-up curative,
• Define, optimize and supervise the preventive operations.
• Define, optimize and supervise the predictive operations.
• Collect data via the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Follow-up keys performance indicators for the maintenance activities (MTTR – Mean Time To Repair, MTBF - Mean Time Between Failure, avalability rate, repairs costs etc)
• Put in place corrective action to achieve the targets.

• Define the TPM strategy with the plant manager and APS department
• Animate TPM workshop and train the team
• Implement the TPM according the APS Standard

• Drive 5S self-discipline in maintenance warehouse and spare-part warehouse.

• Participate to recruitment process for the team members.
• Animate weekly review with his team
• Coach and evaluate each team members periodically
• Participate to the definition annual training schedule
• Be responsible for the safety for his team and maintenance subcontractors.

• Benchmark and share best practices with the others Autoliv plants (Steering Wheels especially)

• Order and buy-off spare parts.
• Optimize the inventory for spare part warehouse.
• Define the standardisation policy for the spare parts.

• Participate to the writing of new equipments specifications
• Participate to the installation and to the buy-off review

• Participate to elaborate the policy deployment for the plant


CERINTE

• Strong knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automatic devices etc)
• Analysis capacity
• Fluent in English and Romanian; French : Appreciate
• Communicative and team spirit
• Available and flexible
• Good Leadership and convincing skills
