• Ensure the adequacy beetween the process (tools, equipments, adjustments) and the control plan.
• Improve the controlling of the process to reduce the DPMU* and raw material consumption.
• Participate to the devlopment and the launch of new products, new equipments or new raw materials.
• Be the specialist for all Leather Process (Cutting & Assembly Leather Loops, Wrapping).
• Follow-up the Leather Tools Activity (Maintenance, change-over).
• Very Good knowledge in Leather transformation process (Sewing, cutting and wrapping);
• Knowledge in line design;
• Comfortable for using Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Knowledge in SPC and 6 sigma (Preferred);
• Good leadership;
• Well organized and rigorous;
• Well-communicative and opened-mind;
• Romanian, English: Fluent;
• French : Appreciate;
• Available to travel in foreign countries.
