The successful candidates will work in Krakow, Poland, for 6 to 12 months period, as part of a multinational team to design, develop and implement various application types (web-based, java-based);
The role will require substantial interfaces remotely with people in other time zones around the world.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Intelligent and creative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Swing experience is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience developing in Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB ,Tag Libraries, JAAS), Hibernate/Spring
- 2+ years of experience using Web Servers (Apache), Application Servers (JBoss)
- Experience using relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
- Good knowledge of backend processes, queues
- Knowledge of SVN version-control system
- Knowledge of JMS messaging standard
- Knowledge of WebSphere MQ application design on HP NSK – would be a plus
