The job holder will have to manage various and challenging projects in the IT field, starting with applications upgrades, up to ERP modules implementation.
- University degree in IT field, mandatory;
- A minimum of 3 years experience with IT projects/infrastructure; implementation/support/managament within a Windows environment;
- Experience in supporting ERP applications;
- Experience with different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS);
- Successful track record in getting results with job related projects;
- Project management skills and experience;
- Must be a strong hands on leader who is highly organized and able to multi task;
- Assure that standards and policies are in place;
- Good customer service skills, written/verbal communications skills, proactive and team player;
- Analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Very good English knowledge;
- Experience of call centre/BPO systems (knowledge of voice solutions - PBX, Call flow, ACD) would be a distinct advantage;
- knowledge on ITIL processes (optional);
- MCSA (optional).
